Qatar Foundation is an established organization, with a variety of Centres, programs and plans for expansion, our process began with designing / reworking the mission statement of the Foundation and the Centres and then looking at the broader issues of vision.
Develops detailed business user requirements, system documentation, workflow procedures, and data modeling. Negotiates plans, time frames and trade-
offs while ensuring client understands the final results of the project.
Consults with business staff to develop understanding of the varied and complex business needs supported by the system.
Responsible for determining how changing business needs will affect the system.
Understands the role of the system in the big picture and provides ideas and recommendations regarding the evolution of the system.
Responds to questions and influences the client regarding current and potential system inputs, processes, and outputs.
Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or business administration or equivalent degree.
High level of computer literacy with spreadsheets, word processing and database software and / or business systems (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, VISIO, VB, other graphic software).
Must have a detailed and analytical approach with hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project) and strong organizational skills.
Be able to work independently as well as in a team.
