ASSET INTEGRITY (DUKHAN)
Primary purpose of job
Be responsible for all the welding inspections, quality control and metallurgical examination of all welding fabrication work to ensure compliance with international and corporation standards and codes of practice,
Experience & Skills
10years experience in welding inspection of pressure containing plant preferably in refinery, chemical or oil & has processing plats.
API / ASNT / PCN / CSWIP certification or equivalent. Familiar with APMS Meridium system. Good knowledge in international codes and standards related to welding and in service inspection and repair works.
Good knowledge in welding techniques, QA / QC procedures, NDT techniques and specialized pipeline inspection techniques like pigging, LRUT, risk based inspection.
Working knowledge of SAP and computer literate. Fluent in English.
Bachelor degree in either Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering or in Metallurgy.
