Job Summary

To facilitate activities from candidate acceptance to the candidate’s start date. To ensure a warm, smooth on-boarding process and to enroll the in-coming candidate / employee into new system, communication of process, and coordination of pre-employment.

To communicate company and job details to newly selected candidates, schedules the initial days of employees and gathers necessary paperwork.

The ultimate goal is to organize the onboarding procedures of a company and facilitate the new hires in every aspect.

Job Responsibilities 1

  • Coordinate with the Travel Section for travel arrangements of the new joiners.
  • Share the travel documents with the new joiners.
  • Arrange transportation on the first day of joining the business and permanent transportation for employees with transportation benefit provided by the company.
  • Coordinate with Real Estate Section for booking accommodation for new joiners with company provided accommodation benefits.
  • Be updated with the travel regulations and current scenarios of restrictions.
  • Address new joiners’ queries during the onboarding stage.
  • Ensure proper guidance to employees by giving information and necessary assistance on regular basis.
  • Complete Onboarding Activities and hand over the new joiner to ER for further joining formalities.
  • Suggest and implement changes and improvements to the hiring and onboarding process.
  • Communicate with management regarding the successes and failures of the hiring and onboarding process.

  • Prepare list of new joiners and send to Training for Induction program.
  • Create an engaging environment, coordinate with concerned department staff to arrange work place.
  • Connect employees to colleagues and team members.
  • Inform employees about organizational and departmental goals and culture
  • Ensure professionalism in all dealings with the new joiners / employees.

    Job Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong Knowledge of the Human Resources.
  • Hands-on experience implementing Talent Acquisition and Onbording platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high degree of professionalism and competence in dealing with a variety of individuals
  • Excellent networking and relationship building skills
  • Excellent knowledge of the Qatar Labor Law
  • Excellent judgement and decision-making skills
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of regional and Qatar specific compensation trends
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Demonstrate respect for different cultures, interest in and understanding of a range of attitudes, beliefs and traditions
  • Detailed knowledge and application of MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
