Natural Resources are seeking to recruit on behalf of their client a SENIOR POLICY ANALYST for a Residential contract on married or single status based in Qatar working in our client’s Human Resources Department to carry out the duties and responsibilities of reviewing, developing and maintaining the client and as applicable to its Subsidiaries, Joint Ventures, and Affiliated Companies Policy and Procedure Manual.

In addition, undertake the interpretation of Policy provisions and the discussion of newly introduced policies and amendments with relevant parties within and outside client.

Key Requirements

Experience / Qualifications

  • 10 plus years of experience in writing Human Resources Policies and Procedures
  • Knowledge of all related applicable Laws of The State of Qatar to clarify inquires and policy applications as appropriate
  • HR Technical writing skills
  • Excellent English language skills
  • University Degree in Public Administration / Human Resources Management
