  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports anddocuments Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travelarrangements Take Minutes, developed and distribute minutes ofmeetings Collate information;
  • documents compilations andsubmissions Receive, check, record and file all technical andnon-technical documents as per company policy and procedures andkeep under safe custody Coordinates with the team in order toensure that documents are kept in the right place and in the rightdepartment file archive Ensures all incoming and outgoingdocuments are controlled, disseminated and filed correctly Ensuresthat the units documents are checked and submitted on time prior totheir submission due date Input document data into requiredregisters ensuring that the information is accurate and up to dateRetrieve and record clearly on document register to whom they havebeen issued, date and distribute as appropriate Provide documentcontrol reports as requested, review progress and point out errorsand / or delays or issues to relevant parties Liaise with subjectmatter experts on technical subjects in a positive, collaborativemanner to prepare controlled documents Scan, photocopy documentsas required Ensure adherence to Health and Safety Policy andProcedures within the workplace and comply with new workinstructions Perform other duties / tasks as required BachelorDegree or higher level qualification in relevant subject.

    Education qualification obtained from North America, West Europe,Australia Holder of Accreditation from known Institute would be anadvantage Holder of current / valid Qatar Driving License Abilityto speak and write is Arabic is advantage Minimum of 5 years workexperience in a similar position Relevant training orqualification Knowledge and experience of relevant softwareapplications including spreadsheets and database managementKnowledge of administrative and clerical procedures Knowledge ofbusiness principles Proficient in spelling, punctuation, grammarand other English language skills Proven experience of producingcorrespondence and documents Proven experience in information andcommunication management Required typing speed Knowledge ofMicrosoft Office Packages and in particular Microsoft Excel 2010Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English isessential Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in Arabicis preferred
