To Review / supportall lifts, lifting plans / devices, Rigging gear / tackle on the project. Workwith Head Mechanical Equipment Inspector and carry out equipment mobilizationinspection for all Construction equipment, related functions for all EPC’s(1,2,3 and 4.
Support on supporting of Contractor(s) / Subcontractor(s) andensure compliance to Project requirements.
Key JobAccountabilities
Responsible for the development, review and implementation of theConstruction Lifting Equipment Inspection and Audit program in line withProject, RLIC and QG requirements.
Responsible for field based activitiesincluding daily, regular and quarterly inspections and audits to ensurecompliance to requirements.
Liaises with multiple interfaces (OnshoreConstruction, PMT, EPC Contractor, OpCo and RLC) to support Construction LiftingEquipment mobilization, inspection and demobilization.
Responsible for review of all lifting plans, Method Statements forlifting and JSA reviews
Responsible foraccurate review,impute to all associated eCPW and PTW across all work frontsfor all lifting, transportation of lifting equipment.
Supports andprovides oversight for all lifting and transportation from port areas, laydownareas and equipment coming into the project sites.
Leads byexample and demonstrates the highest level of integrity in dealings with allparties.
Effective team player who collaborates well with others.
Communicatesconcisely in written and verbal context; prepares high quality writtendocuments including e-mails.
MinimumRequirements
Bachelor orAssociates degree in Engineering / Science or Diploma (Mechanical or Electrical)
Recognized equipmentand inspections certification, including repair work
Knowledge ofall lifting equipment, including Marine (Port Use)
Minimum fifteen(15) years’ experience in the as specified Lifting equipment inspection field.
Experience inmajor Construction Projects (including brown-field work) with total capitalexpenditure >
