Ensuring the FM managers aredelivering to the customer principles and practices of facilitiesoperations, maintenance, and management.
Review and enhance bestpractice FM services across all existing clients.
Assist the Facilities Managers in decision making ifrequested and solving problems by using logic to identify keyfacts, explore alternatives, and propose quality solutions atminimum cost.
Ensure that best practice andimprovement initiatives are effectively shared and communicatedthrough all facilities managers.
Carry outregular reviews of contract performance against budget and plans.Review, implement and evaluate remedial action.
Develop and maintain a continuous improvement mindset toservice delivery that generates added value to the business. Continuously review key performance indicators(KPI'
s), best practice, and review benchmarks.
Allocate manpower and planning for the Projects,determining workload, delegating assignments, and training,monitoring and evaluating performance.
Develop and implement a training program for all staff.
Investigate and define problem areas within the Projectsites, conduct occasional site tours and prepare reportsrecommending measures for improving our service to thecustomer.
Carry out any corrective ordisciplinary actions.
Develop a strategicgrowth plan with agreed operational budgets with the boardincluding a business development strategy to maximize both internalopportunities across the group and external FM opportunities in themarket.
Present in conjunction with theGroup CFO reports for the board identifying performance againsttargets and recommendations for performance improvement across thebusiness.
Coordinate and run weekly meetingswith key FM’s and operational management to discussprogress against targets and ongoing issues and priorities.
Completion of annual appraisals of FacilitiesManagers and Project staff ensuring that they receive guidance,support and recognition of their development needs through regularappraisals, reviews, and personal developmentplans.
