Effectively manage the Macro team and supply chain partners to ensure thatexemplary property and facilities management services are provided to theclient and staff.
To manage resources andpromote an ethos of team work and to instil a culture of continuous improvementand innovation.
To offer support andguidance to ensure that workflow is delivered effectively and to develop theteam so that they achieve their full potential.
To develop a relationshipbuilt on trust with the client in addition to contributing to the developmentand success of Macro by supporting the management team through businessdevelopment and operational activities.
Your responsibilities will include :
Maintaining accuraterecords of asset register and O&M manuals.
Reviewing, monitoring andreporting on financial status regularly.
Being fully aware ofcontractual requirements.
Liaising with thedepartment / engineer’s staff with respect to all financial matters and asnecessary.
Measuring work done,materials on site, etc. and prepare valuations, final account in accordancewith department’s procedures.
Evaluating and administeringwork / change orders and day works.
Maintaining accuraterecords of statutory requirements, manuals and certifications.
Implementing soft servicestransition management strategy to cover the activities related to softlandscaping, pest control and façade cleaning.
Promoting Safety first -no compromise.’
Introducing and promotingsustainable solutions for the FM delivery.
Preparing the monthlyprogress report and other required reports.
Ensuring the facility is readyfor exhibit / operations throughout the operating hours.
Managing the overall technicalservice deliveries.
Yourexperience, knowledge and skills need to include :
Previous workingexperience in a facilities management industry.
Minimum of 7 years’experience as an asset manager role.
Good IT skills.
Good communication skills.
A degreequalification in civil engineering or architecture is preferred.
PMP / FMP certifiedor a member of BIFM.
