Job Description :
Established Construction Company looking to appoint Contract Administrator / Contracts manager for large scale infrastructure project in Doha.
Extensive experience in Claims Disputes resolution and Commercial management skills and leading a QS team. Should have experience in both Buildings and Infrastructural projects.
Main tasks are developing implementing monitoring cost control mechanism for the contracts including claims preparation financial statements document control procedures reviewing and verifying all contract documentation preparing responses to contractual correspondences received from client and third parties.
Well versed with required computer packages + Primavera will be an added advantage.
There are multiple positions available, which my client is looking to fill both Contract Admin & Contract Manager positions.
University Degree holder with 15+ yrs experience.
Gulf experience is essential, Qatar experience is a bonus. Candidates must have a background working with main contractors.
