PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS IS A SIX MONTH CONTRACT POSITION
Reporting into the Manpower & Recruitment Manager, the Recruitment Specialist assists with all recruitment planning and will be responsible for all recruitment advertising and sourcing.
The role will be involved in facilitating first round interviews, assessments, liaising with recruitment partners, reference checks, salary negotiation, and finalizing employment contracts to support the naufar project.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Manage the recruitment of all staff, providing service to hiring managers on a daily basis.
Conduct initial screening and interview of candidates and forward appropriate candidates to respective hiring managers.
Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
Attend career fairs for recruiting and company recognition.
Manage the use of recruitment partners and headhunters.
Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
Update regularly and report on assigned vacancies as a contribution to the overall recruitment tracking process.
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum of FIVE years relevant experience in Recruitment or as an HR Generalist
Experience in the GCC and within healthcare institutions is essential
