About Your Job : :
As a Senior Manager Operations Compliance and Performance Reporting, you will assist the Vice President Operations in planning and developing infrastructures that enable delivery of enhanced level of cargo handling operations in line with tonnage and station growth.
You will manage all aspects of the cargo operations compliance strategy including policy & procedure management, compliance oversight, and compliance facilitation throughout the network.
Review all level of SLA management both internally and externally and reports on performance and consistency, highlighting trends of concern or below acceptance performance.
You will provide accessible, regular reporting to ensure the operation can quickly identify any negative trends and provide analysis and reports to senior management.
You will be responsible to standardize the reporting of these items across all stations and regions.
About You : :
The ideal candidate will have a background in air cargo operations and compliance however, candidates from outside the air cargo industry with a strong compliance background will also be considered.
The successful candidate will be one who not only identifies hazards and non-compliance's, but one who is a partner to the station, region, or department in developing a solution with the best outcome for all parties and the customer.
You must be comfortable challenging leaders at all levels, but must do so respectfully. The candidate must be able to adjust quickly to evolving priorities.
The person must be able to identify and engage stakeholders, facilitate solutions, and lead his / her team of 6 direct reports to do the same.
The successful candidate should least have a Bachelor's Degree with strong facilitative compliance background and minimum of 10 years of job-related experience, with at least 5 years spent in a Senior Management role, managing the Safety and Compliance Management function.
Experience in Project management, 6 sigma, continuous improvement are great to have.
You should have proven experience in designing Safety and / or security policy and practice, and / or compliance reporting strategy and implementing the strategy across a large network of stations / regions (Americas, APAC, Europe, and MENA).
You will also need to have change management expertise and proven performance improvement and cost management capability.
