It’s what we do, and so we pride ourselves on recognizing the rapid evolution of our customers’ business The Fixed Services Product Manager is responsible for introduction, development and lifecycle management of Fixed Services Portfolio for Business Customers (Existing & New) in order to generate positive revenue and differentiate service offering.
This is a leadership role which require to manage both internal and external stakeholders, be responsible for service P&L and commercial success of services.
You will be responsible to.. Plan and manage the Fixed Services Strategy and Roadmap Monitor product performance in terms of intake, usage and customer satisfaction Plan and ensure ability to deliver services to customers by managing external partners and internal stakeholders Understand business needs, gather and define detailed product requirements Proactively manage and where missing introduce new products or service enhancements Lead the go-to-market process to ensure all services are delivered meeting company standards Co-ordinate between business, network and IT, customer operations and external partners to ensure in time product delivery Monitor quality and ensure all requirements from the user perspective are deployed Develop and implement pricing strategy for products, perform sales and customer service training (train the trainer), provide input for user guides etc.
