KEY TASKS :
Assist in managing the FrontOffice operations, ensuring a proper coverage and supervision ofthe Front Office sections at all times.
Constantly ensure the efficient operation of thedepartment to achieve highest level of guest satisfaction throughsupervisory motivation, coaching skills and in depth knowledge asper hotel standards.
Ensure that guesthistory, arrival, departure and VIP records are accurately updatedand maintained.
Ensure that transportation,airport and other services are properlycoordinated
