Key Responsibilities :
Support to develop strategies,operating principles and Concepts of Operations for the HostCountry workforce Sourcing & Placement in line with SCobjectives and overarching goals of the FIFA World Cup.
Collaborate closely with the Project Managersto develop and manage an integrated workforce management processand deliver a consistent workforce planning across projects anddelivery entities, ensuring appropriate and optimised staffing todeliver the agreed service levels
Support the coordination and appointment ofthird party contractors to achieve the delivery of mass workforcerequirements for different assigned sites (over 200+ sites)
Identify Workforce types and defineentitlements for each type
Incollaboration with the HR, align the Host Country hiring plan basedon workforce planning revisions occurring across the differentplanning phases
Support theplanning and evolve the Workforce budget in coordination withProgramme Services (Operation Budget & Commercial)
Collaborate closely with the widervolunteer team to develop an integrated Host Country volunteerstrategy for attracting volunteers and implement an effectiveVolunteers programme
Support therecruitment and selection in coordination with SC HR for Paid,Temporary and Contractors related to Host Country projects.
Perform any other duties assigned by thesupervisor directly related or relevant to the job
