  • Plans, develops and writesworkover and completions programs ranging from mechanicalcompletions, perforation, and stimulation and welltesting.
  • Technical support of completions andworkover operations offshore and onshore.
  • Responsible for wellbore and equipment integrity duringcompletions and workover operations.
  • Preparescomprehensive Completions and Workovers Risk Management strategiescovering areas of safety & health, environmental impacts,emergency preparedness, well control procedures and relief wellcontingency plans.
  • Assists procurement activities(pre-qualifications, tendering process, and bidevaluations).

  • Focus will be on long lead-timeand critical items (wellheads, trees, completion equipment,etc.).
  • Assists Q.A / QC activities (audits,technical reviews, inspections, specifications). Focus will be onlong lead-time and critical items (wellheads, trees, completionequipment, etc.).
  • Implements Monobore and BigBore technology in conjunction with Drilling engineering andshareholder technical resources.
  • Includes wellheads, liners andrelated equipment.

  • Provides technical supportfor Completions and Workover Operations.
  • Assists management in areas of Performance Measurementand Continuous Improvement. Facilitate communication andteamwork.
  • Evaluates completions and workoversperformance and recommends effective modifications toenhance / improve the process. Ensures completions and workoversexecution in line with intended plan.
  • Plays an important roleinteracting with Geoscience, Reservoir Engineering, and ProductionEngineering
