ResponsibilitiesManage overall shoppingmall function incl. areas of property management, mall facilitiesand services, tenant management, leasing support, marketing& promotionsManage mall team to oversee daily operations,all contract staff works incl.
maintenance, security &cleaning, mall administration and customer serviceEnsure malloperating policies and procedures are duly followed by the tenants,service providers, contractors, etc.
incl. Occupational Health& Safety standardsPrepare annual operating budget forshopping mall to be reviewed and approved by higher management.
Ensure business functioning within budgeted costs and abovetargeted revenuesManage profitability of overall mall business bymaximizing revenue opportunities and reducing operating costsManagetenant relations.
Receive complaints, suggestions and otherimprovement ideas to be updated Engage with customers throughcustomer survey / focus group projects to identify ongoing needs interms of products and servicesPerform annual review of retailerperformance.
In consultation with head office mall management andcountry management, recommend appropriate tenant mix / use for annualplanning and implementationPerform periodic mall audits, customersurveys, trade area analysis to maintain current understanding ofcustomer shopping habits, change in preferences, etc.
