Job Description
Support the salary review and identify trends in salary movement and merit increases
Provide rewards strategies’ support for change management, working in collaboration with other HR teams.
Actively participate to the deployment / implementation of new reward tools / programs supporting annual compensation process.
Prepare, analyze and present appropriate data for overall reward strategies, and revision of programs and plans.
Support strategic initiatives and advising HR teams on reward matters to enhance and develop the knowledge and skills in the area of rewards.
Implement programs to educate leaders on reward programs to reinforce the organization’s culture and reward principles.
Coordinate and lead the job evaluation processes ensuring alignment with overall HR frameworks and local market conditions.
Own the analysis, administration and participation of annual compensation and benefits market data reviews.
Consistency checks and monitoring of reward data on HR information system to improve accuracy and availability.
Recommend enhancements and simplifications of existing practices and processes, and support process improvements projects as and when required.
