Government / InvestmentMain Role : To perform bookkeeping and financial accounting work related to accounts payable, receivables, & bank reconciliations.

Check and update daily bank balances and perform bank reconciliation, vendor payments and records customers cheques. Prepare necessary management reports and financial reports in line with the accounting set policies and guidelines.

Key responsibilities will include : Adherence of policies and procedures in the departmentEnsure maintenance of the highest standards of professional conduct, ethics and integrity in provision of the services divisionEntering day to day invoices received from different departments after checking budget controls.

Identifying and entering fixed assets invoices in the FA module and running depreciation reports monthly Preparation of day to day transactions of AR function in order to ensure alignment of the same with the set policies and guidelinesPreparation of periodic bank reconciliation statements to correctness of all monetary figures and informationPreparation report of A / R + A / P + Bank ReconciliationPreparation of reports and providing necessary documents to auditors during audit.

Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / FinanceMinimum Experience : 5 years of progressive professional experience in an Accounting function within a reputed organisation with experience in handling financial accountsJob-
