Counting / storing / checking expiry dates / reporting and auditing.In charge of receiving requirements from branches, checking orders against stock availability.
Ensure all products on system are up to date.Centralized system administrator and controller, in charge of ensuring data access is well maintained.
Perform quarterly audit of all the products in all the branches.Ensure all the products are in accordance with government regulations.
Prepare various reports including reporting any discrepancy / mistake in entering tickets i.e. products or services, by branch staff, used / unused items in all the branches, product consumption against specified MatrixJob Requirements : Highly organized with great attention to details.
Excellent communication skills; verbally and in writing.Strong problem-solving skills.Ability to multi-task.Knowledge of spa, wellness, beauty, and different treatments & Beauty products is an asset.
Strong working knowledge in MS Office Suite i.e. Excel, Words and Power Point.Fluent in English and preferably Arabic speaker.
