Job Description

Completes rental transaction and agreements for customers following established guidelines and procedures

To maximize sales programs and services to customers and meet sales goal by managing vehicle reservation, availability, and upgrades

Reviews completed contracts with customers to verify accuracy of information and explains rates and changes and provides customers with completed rental agreements and any other assistance required such as terms and conditions of rents

Completes transaction procedures for returned vehicles and verifies accuracy of closing calculations audits closed contracts to ensure accurate charges

Attention and anticipate to client needs on time greeting customers, encourage customers to utilize service options receive telephone calls, and handle customer-related issues

Complete review and submit various reports to supervisor

Process rental extensions, overdue rental vehicles, and expected date of return the vehicles.
