We are seeking to recruit on behalf of our client a SENIOR BUSINESS CONTINUITY OFFICER (CORE) who will based in Qatar on a long term residential contract working in the client’s CORPORATE HSE & QUALITY DEPARTMENT and will be responsible for developing and coordinating the client's Core Business Directorate / Departments business continuity planning to ensure timely and effective response to a disruption, and to resume, recover and restore the delivery of products and services consistent with client business continuity objectives

Experience / Qualifications Required

Minimum of 10 years of oil and gas , chemical / petrochemical industry experience in various roles, of which at least 5 years should be in BCM components

Certification from international institutions is required

Proven experience in corporate governance, risk management and / or business continuity management

Proven ability to multi-task under the pressure of tight deadlines and senior management exposure

Proven ability in analytical thinking, computer modelling skills, economic analysis and team working

Understand performance drivers, inherent risks and potential business disruption scenarios

Excellent presentation and report writing skills in English language

Proficiency in the variety of Microsoft Office applications

Bachelors’ Degree in Engineering, Science or Business Continuity / Management
