Greet and receive visitors.

  • Perform administrative tasks within the assigned area(s)of responsibility.
  • Maintain agenda and planappointments, and all engagements for the assigned area(s) ofresponsibility.
  • Partake and support in theplanning and facilitation of board meetings.
  • Schedule meetings and arrange conference rooms.
  • Maintain the physical and electronic archives and filingsystem for the assigned area(s) of responsibility includingconfidential records.
  • Prepare correspondencesfor the assigned area(s) of responsibility.
  • Receive and transfer phone calls for theassigned area(s) of responsibility.
  • Prepare andcompile confidential documents & briefs the Chairmanregarding its content.
  • Communicateand coordinate with relevant internal and external entities asrequired.
  • Arrange meetings, prepare theiragendas, record minutes within the assigned area(s) ofresponsibility.
  • Assist in the preparation oftimely and accurate reports and presentations within the assignedarea(s) of responsibility.
  • Maintain anadequate inventory of office supplies and operate standard officeequipment.
  • Receive and screen communications tothe Office of the Chairman including telephone calls ande-mail.
  • Perform any other relevant duties andresponsibilities.
