The FinancialController provides hands-on leadership and expertise in theimplementation and management of the financial planning policiesand systems that guide the development, monitoring, control, andreporting of the Business Unit annual and long term capital,operating and revenue budgets and forecasts.
The responsibilitiesinclude the preparation, administration and monitoring of monthlyaccounting, operating and capital budgets, financial planning,structuring and reporting. Responsibilities
Manages thefinancial controlling function in accordance with corporatepolicies and procedures.
Ensures development andimplementation of financial controlling standards and processes.
Overseeing and checking the finance and accountingteam's daily activities in respect of the general ledgeraccounts including payroll, VAT, cash flow management, accountspayable and accounts receivable processes, and directing / assistingwhen needed.
Ensures appropriate internal controlframework is in place to safeguard the business. Abilities
Ability to compile and interpret data, budgets andstatistical analysis.
Ability to apply research methods,statistical and cost analysis techniques, quantitative andqualitative analysis as applied to performance measures andforecasting.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance. Knowledge
Knowledge of manual and automatedfinancial accounting, reporting and control systems
Knowledge and experience in full cycle accounting; - Budgeting andfinancial planning experience - Proficiency in Financial Statements
Strong proficiency with MS Office Application along withAccounting / Finance Software.
