Trade (Import & Export) & Forex Coordinator - FMCG Job Description : Trade (Import & Export) & FOREX Coordinator - FMCG Main Responsibilities : o Managing the liquidity management by preparing : Daily cash management report including the proposed action for approval to avoid exceed banking limit.
Weekly payment plan per currency and the required actions to manage the fund between diff banks. Monthly cash flow forecast per currency.
o Managing foreign currency exposure calculation as per the internal policy. o Managing the foreign currency payments based on country regulation.
o Banking facilities to be renewed on time and provide the required doc’s and financial analysis to support the bank needs.
o Interest rate risk management to control the cost of Fund for borrowing and for deposit to get the max value for each company.
o Foreign exchange risk management and development of foreign exchange risk mitigation strategies. o Supporting the month end process with Finance team.
Required Skills Common skills that are most required may include, but not be limited to : o Experience on using SAP. o Understanding and experience of treasury accounting including FX, liquidity, cashflow and various financial instruments.
o Sound understanding of accounting principles. o Strong understanding of financial markets, financial instruments and debt instruments.
o Knowledge of banking relationships and covenants. o Excellent time management and organizational ability o Appropriate handling of sensitive information.
o Team player with the ability to communicate and coordinate with multiple parties o Intermediate to advanced computer software skills, including SAP & Excel and other accounting packages
