  • Management and administration ofthe customers’ warehouse operational process includingliaising with customers to ensure all queries are dealt withprofessionally and within service level agreement.
  • Daily control of Inventory team, Goods In / Out& Systems departments to ensure stock integrity is kept atall time.
  • Ensure service standardsfor Goods In and order despatch are maintained and all processesfollowed by staff.
  • Deputise for thewarehouse and distribution department Head in their absence,including managing staff and handling all queries.
  • Maintain and monitor stock and assist in theimplementation of new Warehouse Management System.
  • Build, sustain, and develop good workingrelationships; guide and inspire employees, maximizing employeepotential and fostering high standards in accordance withcompany'
  • s values, principles, and goals.

  • Establish work schedules, assign jobs, trainstaff; coach, counsel, and create a culture that supports highemployee morale.
  • Lead a team ofinventory or warehouse workers to receive and record new stock asit comes in, and move stock onto trucks or store shelves as needed.
  • create schedules, monitor stock levels at the warehouse and knowwhen to replenish stock.

  • Motivate andmonitor staff performance, ensuring peak staff for the peakperiod(s) are effectively trained and directed on a dailybasis.
  • Maintain a high standard ofhousekeeping and organisation throughout the warehouse(s) units,with a strong emphasis on Health and Safety.
  • Focused on time, making sure every item ofstock gets to its destination on time, and that there are noshortages on shelves.
  • Use WMS to monitor demand and documentcharacteristics of inventory, report to upper management on stocklevels, issues.

  • Hands-on and"can do" approach to all tasks within thewarehouse and where the warehouse operation interfaces with otherfunctions.
  • Provide safe and secure work environment throughemployee training and safety inspections.

  • Understand, implement, and monitor all Companypolicies, procedures, and standards. Ensure maintaincomplying withinternal and external audit and control standards as per Milaha andcustomers requirements.
  • Establish andmaintain excellent relationships with onsite customers and otherkey stakeholders
  • Assist withevaluating performance of employees, providing feedback verballyand in writing.
  • Support activitiesrelated to the handling, maintenance and distribution of materialsstored in cold storage (chiller +1 to +7 and frozen -22 to -28) andother facilities within the cold chain.
  • Collaborate with customers, vendors, internalbusiness partners and other stakeholders to identify customerrequirements, assess impact / scope, compare costs and benefits,recommend solutions to managers and manage tasks throughcompletion.
