We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition coordinator to join our team You will be responsible for ensuring planned effective and timely recruitment in line with the Client s manpower plan You will be in charge of coordinating each stage of the recruitment life cycle ensuring that each step is documented in accordance with the Client s standard procedures You will act as the first point of contact in the screening process making sure that CVs put forward align with the Client s requirements and job description You will conduct the initial prescreening to create a comprehensive shortlist of suitable candidates who meet the recruitment parameters and put this forward to the Client for further assessment Key Accountabilities Include Work in partnership with the RPO provider to ensure the successful delivery of staff as per the project rampup schedule Gain a strong understanding of the Client s requirements and preferences to maximize candidate success Highlight any risks to the Talent Acquisition Manager to avoid any delays to the recruitment rollout plan Use feedback from the Client effectively to adapt our way of working and pass this onto the RPO provider in order to provide an aligned service Liaise with candidates throughout the interview and selection process Ability to efficiently handle high volume of applications and update databases accurately Conduct first stage screening interviews to check for basic competence and that Client requirements are being met Compile shortlist to align with the job description and feedback on candidates to the Talent Acquisition Manager
