Formal Education Requirement
Relevant Post Graduate degree in Health Statistics orBasic Statistics Qualification is preferred.
Experience Requirements :
Minimum of 10 years of experience and basic degreerequired in healthcare field.
Having at least 05years’ experience in health insurance.
Technical Skills requirement
Excellent M&E report writingskill
Knowledge of quality assurancetechniques
Capacity to guide andtrain survey team for M&E assignments
Understanding of the healthinsurance.
Ability to workautonomously, meet deadlines and take responsibility for achievingoutcomes
Well-developed leadershipskills to meet organisational goals and objectives
Strong administrative and organisationalskills
Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills for a range of audiences
