  • Writing down advice and actions in logs and traces so that there is continuity in our service across the day and night
  • A focus on super-fast service, balanced with accuracy and awareness of both safety & security

  • Reports to duty punctually wearing complete uniform including the name batch
  • Attends daily briefing to gather the relevant information and adhere grooming standards
  • Guest communication including greeting and farewell, pickup and delivery of the guest laundry
  • Systematic work routines which maintain the work flow and enable the department to delivery on time to all departments and guests
  • Documentation and process guests request for laundry, dry-cleaning and pressing of garments, hotel uniforms and designated management garments in accordance with departments specifications
  • Close following of instructions and checklists to maintain inventory counts and separation of tagged laundry.
  • Separate soiled linen (bed, terry, F&B linen) bundle and document amount of each bundle according to departmental standard
  • Operate all laundry machines and add designated chemicals in accordance with specified amounts, timings and temperatures for the particular articles to be washed or dry-cleaned
  • Effective batch processing of laundry including identification of any linen requiring additional or supplementary treatments.
  • Close following of stationery standards and training provided concerning hygiene, bacteria controls and safe work
  • Careful attention to linen quality, especially for use in C&B and F&B and especially for rooms linen
  • Close control of inventory to reduce inventory loss from miss-use or pilfering. Effective completion of documentation and linen counts
  • Fast and effective handling of guest laundry request including proper tagging and completion of job lots matching order placed.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals including safe use, personal protection, quality, application, sequence and effectiveness.
  • Remove all debris on floors beginning and end of each shift especially the chemical dispenser and behind all the equipment’s
  • Contribution to a happy work place atmosphere through a sharing of task, especially the harder tasks.
  • Understanding the company’s objectives and standards, processes and plans
