  • Supply guests with directions andinformation regarding property amenities, services, and hours ofoperation, and local areas of interest and activities.
  • Contact appropriate individual or department (e.g.,Bellperson, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security / LossPrevention) as necessary to resolve guest call, request, orproblem.
  • Follow up with guests to ensure theirrequests or problems have been met to theirsatisfaction.
  • Receive, record, and relaymessages accurately, completely, and legibly.
  • Respond to special requests from guests with uniqueneeds.
  • Communicate VIP arrivals to designatedpersonnel for escort and delivery of amenities.
