Job Description

  • Gather SAP Contact Center requirements including telephony integration
  • Document business process and functional specifications
  • Configure and test SAP Contact Center
  • Should have experience integrating SAP CRM system with Contact Centre implementation covering administration & support of Service Request management
  • Should have experience in complete administration of SAP Contact Center
  • Assist in pre-sales activities (create RFP, Demo Preparation and Delivery) and project scope determination, sizing and estimation
  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
  • Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
  • Proactively identify and propose business process and / or system enhancements
  • Skills

  • Customer oriented
  • Experience in SAP CRM, C4C & SAP Contact Center
  • Good communication skills
