Gather SAP Contact Center requirements including telephony integration
Document business process and functional specifications
Configure and test SAP Contact Center
Should have experience integrating SAP CRM system with Contact Centre implementation covering administration & support of Service Request management
Should have experience in complete administration of SAP Contact Center
Assist in pre-sales activities (create RFP, Demo Preparation and Delivery) and project scope determination, sizing and estimation
Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
Proactively identify and propose business process and / or system enhancements
Skills
Customer oriented
Experience in SAP CRM, C4C & SAP Contact Center
Good communication skills
