As a Kitchen Team Leader yourresponsibilities and essential job functions include but are notlimited to the following :
Consistentlyoffer professional, friendly and proactive guest service whilesupporting fellow Colleagues
Prepare andservice all food items on menus according to company recipes andstandards
Actively share ideas, opinionsand suggestions in daily shift briefings
Maintain proper rotation of product in all chillers to minimizewastage / spoilage
Ensure storeroomrequisitions are accurate
Measuring dishingredients and portion sizes
Have fullknowledge of all menu items, daily features andpromotions
