Act as a champion the Talent Acquisition process clearly define Hiring Managers roles and set performance expectations Personally own the full Talent Acquisition lifecycle from requirements definition sourcing selection through to overseeing onboarding Ensure the suite of selection tools are statistically proven to improve output metrics are consistently used across AAB Accountable for ensuring the delivery of output metrics covering new hire attrition rates quality of hire target start dates and customer satisfaction for all hires for the entire AAB functions Provide market data and analysis to assist the business with the annual long and mediumterm workforce planning process Lead the AABs people development strategy to ensure staff engagement through career and personal development Oversee the development and delivery of strategic leadership development programs for all leaders Lead the development and delivery of coaching and mentoring capability within the company Ensure the development of interventions focused on improving leader competence and capability Ensure the provision of creative innovative and agile learning interventions that meet the changing culture and needs of the business Oversee the development delivery and regular review of the training plan and budget Lead the effective implementation and measurement of management capability and reporting on progress to the HRD Oversee the development implementation and embedding of succession planning practices talent management and development programs across AAB to enable it to fully utilize the potential of its people and meet future and changing business needs Oversee the development and innovation related to all aspects of the AABs competency and behavioural frameworks Providing career progression guidance and ensuring career path accessible to all staff Develop Performance Management to enable employees to understand the goals of AAB and to identify how individual inputs contribute to the achievement of AAB objectives Work in liaison with key stakeholders to establish and support the link between strategic business objectives and people s daytoday actions and tasks by implementing a process for tracking progression from goal setting midyear reviews and annual year evaluations to support individual team and organizational performance Analysis the performance Management data and results and prepare reports detailing the status of Performance Management and related recommendations Provide leadership and coordination for Performance Management and improvement initiatives ensuring their alignment to improving AAB operational and program efficiencies and effectiveness
