  • Administer all export of goodsand ensure compliance to all organizational policies and proceduresand monitor all financial and currency processes and transactionsand manage all communication with export authorities for allrequired countries.
  • Design and implement allexport strategies and activities and ensure adherence to allproject requirements and prepare all export documents withinrequired timeframe and schedule efficient shipping activities andidentify appropriate transportation method in assistance withcustomers.
  • Supervise efficient working ofsales staff and ensure compliance to all export objectives anddesign sales strategies according to customer requirement andcollaborate with country sales manager to prepare budget forprojects.
  • Coordinate with management and planparticipation in all trade shows and ensure all activitiesaccording to customer specifications and assist business partnersto design efficient distributing strategies for customers andensure compliance to all state and federal regulations.
  • Evaluate all reports submitted by sales staff andrecommend appropriate changes if required and maintain alloperational records to prepare all project sales and establishprofitability in organization and provide training for all salesand services programs.
  • Monitor all existingand prospective markets in Europe and assist to identifyappropriate business opportunities and review all company productsand develop and maintain professional relationships with all agentsand clients and assist in shipment of warehouseproducts.
  • Prepare effective business plan forall projects to achieve required product volume and profit andorganize all market plans to suit all customer requirements andmonitor all specific transactions of all customers for allprocesses.
  • Monitor all sales transactions andreview all customer response for all orders and payments andresolve all customer issues for processes and manage salesshipments of all export products and collaborate with suppliers toensure smooth functioning of processes and forecast allrequirements.
  • Provide training to all exportteam and perform assessment of all work and assist to achieve allexport objectives and develop and maintain professionalrelationships with all clients and perform regular communicationwith all staff and clients.
  • Administer allexisting clients and ensure optimal level of marketing strategiesand design required consumer promotions for various trade fairs andmaintain optimal level of customer satisfaction and assist toidentify new markets.
  • Manage all bankinglogistics for export activities and prepare required documents andprepare special labels for brands and ensure adherence to allshipping schedule.
