What kind of tasks will you have? Being the link between Sales team and SM & ASM and own the shift leader role responsibilities Manage the Sales Floor and be the 1st level of escalation for the sales team.
Quickly respond to customer inquiries and needs; make sure that customer issues are followed up in a timely manner until resolved.
Act as a Role Model : Demonstrating desired behaviors for staff including driving sales, handling difficult situations, cash and inventory management.
Support the store manager & assistant store manager in managing the day to day operations, quality of sales and compliance errors.
Support the store manager & assistant store manager in the training and development plans of the sales team Support store manager & assistant store manager in managing the store look & feel requirements to maintain the highest level of customer TNPS.
