Role Summary : :
The Officer CI and Brandingis responsible for supporting the activities that deliver the execution of the branding / rebranding plan in the branch and ensuring that all variables, measurements and data are taken into consideration when implementing / installing branding items.
Role Description : :
Encourage people in exceeding set standards on service delivery.
Support the articulation of the vision behind branding and re-branding merchandise into practical processes and initiatives.
Act as a custodian of the branding guidelines and ensure all branding items are being delivered with respect to these guidelines.
Check the placement of the logo, the reality of the image and the location on the website.
Ensure full step alignment and existence of selected symbols.
Support the SOB&G in managing any branding request internally or externally.
Help evaluate work accuracy on the basis of abiding by the guidelines.
Help develop Brand promotional items.
Manage and monitor stands for conferences and events especially for special customers such as QNB first.
Deal with the agency as directed
Follow up with the advertisement team as directed
Follow up with local & international market as directed
Translate organizational initiatives into specific objectives and set priorities
Create necessary frameworks and systems to enable teams and individuals to deliver on the commitments made.
Demonstrate speed and flexibility in decision-making.
Consider how internal and external longer-term issues affect area plans.
Support strategic planning activities and communicate plans to the internal and external customers.
Develop plans for specific work activities in own area over the medium term, including forecasting resource requirements.
Qualifications : :
University graduate with a degree in Graphic Design or Business Advertising / Marketing or related discipline.
Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in advertising / design / brand, Marketing & Strategy / media Communication preferably with a local / Gulf bank
