About The Role
You would be responsible for :
Ensure the ATO compliance monitoring program is properly implemented, maintained and continually reviewed and improved, and that the planned audits are conducted as per the agreed schedule.
Monitor compliance of the ATO documentation to the applicable QCAR requirements in order to ensure manuals, training processes and procedures related to the activities of the ATO organisation remain in compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements, and any other additional standard as established by the organisation.
Conduct opening and closing meetings with Nominated Persons / Senior Management personnel in relation to audits planned / accomplished.
Provide a monthly and quarterly summary reports of the audits completed from the annual audit schedule and overdue non-
conformances to the Senior Manager Compliance ATO with the purpose of presenting data at the various Safety / Security Action Groups and at the GCEO’s Group Safety & Security Committee meeting.
As a subject matter expert (SME), perform ad hoc audits and inspections in areas identified by the ATO Senior Management.

Relevant College or University qualification to min Bachelor's level or equivalent IOSA Airline Auditor
