The Role :
You will work with theStore Manager to achieve objectives, ensuring the highest levels ofcustomer service are provided by staff and that they have theskills and support required to maximise sales.
You will work with avariety of different departments to maintain the effectiveoperation of the store and will provide feedback to the store,brand and area managers around staff and products.
You may also berequired to deputise for the Store Manager during periods ofleave.
You must have previous management or supervisoryexperience in retail and a passion for customer service.
Qualifications & Requirements :
You willhave :
At least 3 years' retail experience(ideally at a supervisory level)
Excellent Englishlanguage skills, both written and verbal (Arabic language skillsare also an advantage)
