Tasks :

  • Monitor ing and purchasing of cleaning, pantry, and office supplies.
  • Reception duties such as receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them properly, answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls.
  • Secures compliance to safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, temperature, and ehteraz check)

  • Receiving and checking of invoices, confirmation from the Engineers involved and coordination of discrepancies.
  • Hard files and electronic filing of invoices received.
  • Filing of delivery note s
  • Prepare Transmittals & Authorization Documents.
  • Consolidation of reports to sponsor (monthly and quarterly).
  • Prepare and fill up documents as requested by Managers.
  • Prepare employee liquidation for reimbursement
  • Act as General Manager Secretary.
  • Managing and booking of meeting rooms
  • Coordination with building maintenance and cleaning supplier.
  • Mobile plan consumption and vehicle monitoring and coordination.
