Managing and maintaining contracts, personnel files and other employee information.Developing an induction program for new employees.

Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.Should have knowledge for employment Contract / Qatar labor laws.

Should know to work on Employee development plans and performance management.Perform orientations and update records of new staff.

Maintaining employee QID Expiry and coordination with PRO for the same if to be renewedManage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.

Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related (essential).

2 years of Qatar experience as HR Coordinator (essential).Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.

Efficient HR administration and people management skills.Excellent record keeping skills.Perfect knowledge of HR functions and best practices.

Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.Excellent computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office and related HR software.

Remarkable organizational and conflict management skills.Strong decision-making and problem solving skills.Meticulous attention to detail.
