DohaA leading Boutique day spa is in need of a Female Procurement & Accounting Assistant(Only CVs who fulfill the below requirements will be shortlisted)Roles and Responsibilities : In charge of all the Spa branches’ entire inventory.
Counting / storing / checking expiry dates / reporting and auditing.In charge of receiving requirements from branches, checking requirements against stock availability, prepare / dispatch.
Receive goods and check purchase orders against received items.Ensure all products on system are up to date.Checking used / unused items in all the branches.
Check product consumption against specified Matrix.Centralized system administrator and controller, in charge of ensuring data access is well maintained.
Communicating with vendors and suppliers directly. Arrange for products purchasing, invoicing, receiving, checking, recording, and dispatching to the branches.
Perform quarterly audit of all the products in all the branches.Ensure all the products are in accordance with government regulations.
Prepare various reports including reporting any discrepancy / mistake in entering tickets i.e. products or services, by branch staff.
Assisting the HR manager in providing the new hires with accommodation necessities as well as arranging for new uniforms.
Job Requirements : Highly organized with great attention to details.Excellent communication skills; verbally and in writing.
Strong problem-solving skills.Ability to multi-task.Knowledge of spa, wellness, beauty, and different treatments is an asset.
Strong working knowledge in MS Office Suite i.e. Excel, Words and Power Point.Fluent in English and preferably Arabic speaker.
