  • To lead the Isolation Valves Unit for solutions, products and services sales & business development initiatives for Kuwait customers.
  • To meet and exceed territory financial objectives (budget, reporting,DSO etc) as required in support of the Isolation Valves MEA business plan
  • To develop and implement sales and service strategies for assigned accounts.
  • To develop and implement plans to drive and grow KOB3 business and maximize revenue and profit from the existing installed base .
  • Map and harvest ISV installed base, target & Pursue STO, develop site / Account plan etc.)

  • To analyze and develop plans to drive competitive displacement , PDS, Mol Sieve, Ball to TOV, and other target applications
  • To ensure early engagement for project to influence specifications, prepare project pursuit plan to maximise win probability , support the Global Project Pursuit Team on Strategic Pursuits and support the Project Management Team to maximise change order opp and to track / explore potential for top-ups
  • To work with Life Cycle Service team to support KOB3 demand generation and to secure Long-term agreements
  • To prepare and present marketing forecasts, pricing surveys, competitor intelligence and marketing plans. ( Conduct technical presentation / solution selling workshop for key end users / FEED contractors / consultants)
  • To work closely with other Business Units within Emerson Automation solution and maximize pull-through content
  • To develop long-term relationships with senior management within customer accounts to ensure awareness of the capabilities of Isolation valves and Emerson Automation Solutions
  • To ensure Emerson Ethics and trade compliance procedures are strictly followed with all business transactions
  • To keep up to date with developments in products, industry and market trends.
