  • Create and execute a UX strategyfor the Qatar Airways' digital platforms and the mobile app, championing design cohesionand consistency across all products and features, while continuingto foster a culture of innovation and invention.
  • Lead day-to-day creative and holistic design thinkingacross diverse product releases and teams; driving the direction,style, and methodology of design and accessibility.
  • In collaboration with key stakeholders, lead the UXefforts for Qatar Airways' digital platforms, accountingfor the needs of a global user base.
  • Partnerwith product owners and product managers to understand their needsand translate them to meaningful user-centric designs that providea frictionless user experience.
  • Lead strategicdesign reviews and review deliverables from Designers andresearches, as well as present deliverables to peers, productmanagers and high-level partners.
  • Overseedevelopment of effective specifications and documentation of designpatterns within the team.
  • Working with productmanagers and engineers to define the roadmap for their productsacross the customer journey while ensuring cross-functionalcollaboration and design consistency.
  • Partnerwith the research and analysis teams to identify opportunities forthe creation of new products across the customer'
  • s journeyon and the mobile app, from inspiration, toexploration and engagement, all the way throughretention.
