His role will include also processing of tender, preparing correspondence and presentation in accordance to company policies and procedure.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities : Reply to emails received related to hospitality projectsMakes sure that the concept presentation is complete according to the guidelines set by the project head before presentationSending email to potential operator as requiredPreparing correspondenceIn charge with franchise applicationAttends meeting together with the project head for hospitality projects related matters.
Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal controlsAssist in preparing tender documentsGeneral Responsibilities : Support departmental team members to ensure company goals are met whilst company standards are maintainedReport any issues or concerns immediately to your managerInterface with counterparts in all other departments and build strong working relationships with them.
