  • Todeliver the highest standards of Customer Service to anumber of customers across the business.

  • Coordinates with the clients / Client representatives tomeet their requirements
  • Management of Keycustomers
  • Accurate document processing in WMS,including ASN, SO
  • Continuous followup with operation in timely executing the customers'logistic requirements
  • Shares the NCR withcustomer and continuously follow up to close it ontime
  • Submission of Receipt Confirmation tocustomer in contractual time
  • Complies andverifies the accuracy of stock reports as required by clients on aregular basis
  • Verifies the system documentswith Physical documents (invoice, Purchaseorder)
  • Manages the tariff setting of clients inExceed
  • Regular checking and assurance on dataintegrity in WMS
  • Ensuring 100% System Job fileaccuracy
  • Ensures the services provided to theclients are according to the customer profile
  • Timely response to customer mails and queries
  • Coordinate with other departments to provide a completesolution to clients. (e.g. Transport for Vehicle use, Finance forinvoicequeries)
  • Maintains FEFO standards integrity for food items andFIFO standards for non-food items
  • Records anycustomer complaints and escalate these to their supervisorimmediately
  • Completes ad hoc requestsfrom either clients or management
  • Ensures theproper utilization of warehouse pallet position
  • Monitoring and reporting of Damaged / Expired Items andregular follow up with customer till items get disposed
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

  • Bachelor or Diploma, or equivalent
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience incustomer service preferably inthe courierindustry
  • Must havegood communication skills and a passion for delightingcustomers
  • Must be well organized and able towork under pressure, and meet deadlines
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
