Provides administrative support to all Hospitality Coordinators Records and maintains all documents of a project for easy review and retrieval Acts as Minute taker in all project undertaking meetings Supports Hospitality Coordinators by following up suppliers or contractors for arrangements and delivery of goods Conducts service and food hygiene audit to outlets assigned to him her and makes recommendation for improvement Communicates with peers and provide relevant information to the Director of Operations Representing the organization to customers the public government and other external sources Gathering information Analyzes it and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems
