  • Understanding the businessdevelopment goals and objectives of local Qatari team and help topush them forward proactively
  • Managing theadministrative requirements of RFP / proposals beforesubmission
  • Maintaining and updating thecurrent list of contacts and business activities in CRMdatabase
  • Tracking and maintaining salesactivity / pipeline for Qatar business market team
  • Executing requested follow-up calls for clientoutreach
  • Regularly checking client portals fornew business bids; registering as needed
  • Submitting bid clarifications and follow-up on missingdocuments with prospective / current clients
  • Completing company profile on client correspondences(portals or tenders)
  • Preparing letters,proposals and other documents using Oliver Wyman formattingstyles
  • Coordinating and maintaining the statusof new business opportunities with the client, internal businessteam and stakeholders
  • Regularly maintainingthe pipeline and new business database to communicate withexecuting business team
  • Maintaining andarchiving a log of all client contracts andsub-contracts
  • Building relationships withclients and client EAs
