About Your Job In this position, theresponsibilities include, but not limited to, thefollowing

  • Manage restaurant inventory throughsystematic ordering and forecasting techniques to ensure productsare sufficient to support daily operations;
  • including food, liquor,beer, wine, furniture, accessories, equipment; check and maintaininventory status in all areas including on hand quantities, costsand quality levels

    In conjunction with the buying teamregularly review product quality and research new vendors andsource the finest quality of ingredients and liquor to elevate thecustomer food offering expectations

  • Provide valuableinputs to the Executive Chef during menu development change basedon in-depth analysis of customer feedback and requirements;
  • andknowledge of current trends

    Implement and maintain afull QA and HACCP policy to conform to QDF requirements andstandards Ensure restaurants receiving policies and procedures arestrictly followed at all time, and all products are received incorrect unit count and conditions Implement and maintain a full QAand HACCP policy to conform to QDF requirements and standardsEnsure restaurants receiving policies and procedures are strictlyfollowed at all time, and all products are received in correct unitcount and conditions

    Perform other department dutiesrelated to hisher position as directed by the Head of theDepartmenterform other department duties related to hisher positionas directed by the Head of the Department
