Aperson who enjoys taking extra miles to ensure the perfection of Bakery products. He / She enjoys the challenge of mass production, creating new breads, paying extra attention to details, and maintaining the highest standards of the products quality and consistency.
Someone who is highly creative, enjoys interacting with internal and external guests, and have a full working knowledge and capability to supervise, correct, and demonstrate all duties and tasks in the Bakery kitchen to the standards set.
Minimum 2 years work experience as Sous Chef Baker in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards; preferably with experience in luxury international brands.
Qualification Bakery Kitchen Production or Management will be an advantage.
