Role Summary :
The role will require the employee to offer specialist advice in terms of licencing and permitting and overall accommodation operations in all accommodation types which are to be used during the Tournament.
Real Estate, Floating Hotels and Fan Village (tents) along with Tournament Workforce Accommodation
Role Responsibilities :
The role has a number of cross cutting themes and whilst the individual will report to the Project Manager for the QAA, they will also assist the Interface Manger and Accommodation Project Managers.
Assisting in creating and defining the service levels expected from the various temporary accommodation solutions proposed for the Tournament for all constituent groups (AUG)
Assisting in the inventory management. This will involve working closely in the delivery of the QAA
Liaising closely within the Accommodation Working groups to be formed along with all relevant stakeholders
Support any tenders in respect to the provision of Accommodation along with any and contract awards and coordinate the implementation of the Accommodation provider contract.
Prepare new and review and update all existing SLA’s for the Temporary Accommodation Solutions
Required 10 Years’ experience in the hospitality industry at project / operations manager level that have proven significant direct knowledge and experience in the following areas (as many as possible is preferred but a range of experience is also required) from both a technical and commercial perspective :
Hotel / Hospitality / Hotel Booking Sales Channels / online Hotel reservation systems
Staffing and resource planning
Revenue generation through F&B, Room revenue and events, the management and delivery
