Work closely with Sales and Engineering team.


  • Strong skills in deployment ofdistributed software product components over Windows and Linuxoperating systems. Should have basic knowledge of Webservices, RESTAPIs, RDBMS and NoSQL DBs.
  • Hands on experience of integration of web application over IPnetwork. Basic understanding of IP Networks, Firewalls, DNS, Loadbalancers, DHCP etc is essential.
  • Troubleshooting skills in System Integration environment to keepapplication up and running
  • Good communication be able to articulate complexproblems in simpler way. Collaborate with customer, Engineering andTesting teams under high pressure situation
  • Demonstrated exp in Tech Support, Customer facing skills,Resourceful, Fast on feet
